About the Role

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Division One to work part time in the Rehabilitation Ward at Sunshine Hospital with outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills and that demonstrate a willingness to develop and maintain their own knowledge.

• Permanent, Part Time 
• Contribute to the decisions that shape our health service with the support of a unit based educator

Duties

• working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient centred care
• Participate in all unit and hospital based education
• Ensure safe and high quality patient care is delivered in line with Western Health values and policies
• Assist with supporting students, graduate and early career nurses

Essential Criteria & Experience

• Successful completion of a Bachelor of Nursing qualification or equivalent
• Experience in rehabilitation care
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia
• Possess excellent clinical and organisation skills
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
