An opportunity has become available for a qualified dynamic Team Leader to lead our Adolescent Community Programs (ACP) team with vision and passion.

As a successful applicant you will provide operational support and supervision to the ACP Drug & Alcohol Clinicians, who work in Youth Home-based/Outpatient withdrawal, Youth Outreach, Forensics counselling and the Alcohol Drug Youth Consultant (ADYC).

This role will have a reduced clinical caseload as negotiated with the Manager of Drug Health Services Community Programs.  You will be a member of the Western Health Drug Health Services Leadership team and expected to act as role model ensuring that the organisational values and principles underpin all interactions with clients, families, colleagues and both internal and external services
