Position Summary

We are seeking an Operational Readiness Lead for a fixed term position during a period of exciting and rapid growth at Western Health. This role sits within the Health Support Services Division and will be responsible for coordinating the quality assurance process to ensure facilities are in a compliant state for operational activities after infrastructure works are completed. This will involve preparing facility handover, stakeholder coordination, information management and reporting are key elements of the role.

 

The position requires a high competency of information management, and experience in a wide range of digital records management systems will be valuable.  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be required for effective stakeholder coordination.

 

This is a temporary role for approximately 6 months, depending on start date.
