About the Role
Seeking a Grade 1 Clinical Pharmacist to work part time in Pharmacy, based at Sunshine Hospital, with outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills that demonstrate a willingness to develop and maintain their knowledge
- Permanent, part time 32 hours per fortnight - available now.

An excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy team.
Duties
- To ensure patient outcomes are optimized by working to achieve the best Quality Use of Medicines
- Support prescribers and patients to maximize clinical benefits of drugs and minimize unwanted reactions
- Minimise treatment costs by optimizing drug prescribing and supply
- Actively participate and support educational and operational activities of the department
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Eligible for general registration with AHPRA.
- Experience in providing clinical pharmacy services to a broad range of specialty areas.
