Position Summary

Inviting applications from motivated Nurses seeking to start career in Emergency Department.

Our Emergency Nurses have strong clinical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with an inter-professional team to ensure patients can receive the highest quality care when facing potentially life-threatening conditions. You will be a high performer and a team player who is motivated, enthusiastic and consumer focused.

The Nursing team is supported by experienced Clinical Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Instructors who provide clinical education and supervision in this unit seven days a week.

Our ideal candidates have:

  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Critical thinking abilities, prioritisation and communication skills, whilst effectively following directions
  • Commitment to rotating roster (including night duty and weekends)
  • Most importantly, a commitment to high quality, safe and person centred patient care!

$65,561.60 - $92,601.60 based on Experience per Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Health Sector) (single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024.
