An exciting opportunity has become available for a qualified Nurse Unit Manger to play a key leadership role in the progressive Ground floor Subacute Unit at Sunshine Hospital.

The successful applicant will work in partnership with a strongly committed team to shape the provision, service development and implementation of high quality and efficient care to patients.

The role will be responsible for the leadership and management of a 51-bed ward consisting of geriatric evaluation management, palliative care and dementia assessment inpatients. The position involves working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and taking responsibility for the provision of high quality nursing care to the patients within the unit
