Western Health has an exciting opportunity for suitably experienced Registered Nurses to join the After Hours team in a Temporary Part Time position.
As part of the After Hours Leadership team you will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient management of the hospital site, services and resources after hours, weekends and public holidays. You will act as an organisational resource and the site incident commander for critical incidents.
To be Successful in this Role you
- Need to be Passionate and committed to high quality patient centred care
- Have a proven track record of effective leadership and management in large complex health services
- Need to be an experienced clinical leader with excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Need to be highly accountable and demonstrate a strong, supportive and engaging leadership style
- Have effective relationship management
