The Surgical Liaison Nurse will co-ordinate, negotiate and manage the transition of care of patients through their elective surgery journey.

You will primarily be responsible for managing the Elective Surgery waiting list according to the Elective Surgery Access Policy whilst acting as a clinical resource to patients and staff.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

•A least 3 years acute nursing experience
•Effective leadership skills
•The ability to work within a multidisciplinary health team
•Commitment to providing high quality care
