Join our team as a Grade 3 Pharmacist – ICU and make a difference in the lives of patients when they need it most.  As a vital member of the critical care team, you will play a crucial role in optimising medication therapy in critically ill patients. Our multidisciplinary team of health professionals is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our patient and at Western Health we strive to deliver patient centred care to directly impact patient outcomes. 

You will become an integral part of our collaborative healthcare team. Your knowledge and leadership will be instrumental in optimizing medication management protocols, ensuring patient safety, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 To be successful in this role you will

• Oversee and manage the ICU pharmacy service delivery to critically unwell patients, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-specific care plans.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in critical care.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior pharmacists and contribute to ongoing professional development.
