About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our Neurology team in a casual capacity  

• Casual hours
• Potential to work at different sites and different areas within the Neurology Physiotherapy stream
• Contribute to the ongoing development of junior staff and students
• Well supported by experienced and dedicated senior clinicians
• Strong focus on  research and quality improvement, and participation in ongoing professional development

Duties 

• Provide Neurological Physiotherapy services to inpatients and outpatients
• Responsible for the supervision of junior staff and students through Western Health’s University of Melbourne Clinical school
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
• Ensure safe and high quality patient care is delivered in line with Western Health values and policies
• Contribute to ongoing research and quality improvement activities

Skills & Experience OR Essential Criteria 

• Applicants must be currently registered as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
