Senior Management Opportunity for an Operations Manager within the Aged, Cancer and Continuing Care Division.

Aged and Continuing Care Services play an integral role within the health care continuum, providing care from the emergency department and acute wards, through to non-acute care and into the community.
To ensure that patients have appropriate and timely access to these services, the Division provides a Subacute and Non-acute Assessment and Pathways (SNAP) service to facilitate patient flow to the right care setting. 
The Operations Manager is responsible and accountable for the delivery of Best Care, and is required to oversee the day to day operational functions of the Subacute and Non Acute Access and Pathways (SNAP) team, the bed-based Transition Care Program and Disability Liaison Service. This will be achieved through demonstrated subject matter expertise, effective leadership and visible role modelling.
