This role provides broad experience working on strategic workforce plans, projects to understand motivators and challenges of our workforce and work with others to improve their experience, productivity and the employment prospects of vulnerable community members. You will provide reports highlighting our workforce trends, work closely with the People and Culture team, clinicians and senior managers in developing strategies and plans and undertake a range of consultancies focusing on improving the experience and engagement of our workforce.  In this role, you will see results from your planning and be rewarded for your contribution.
