Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to manage our busy People and Culture/Human Resources Reception. This is a varied role that the successful applicant will make their own. Supporting a friendly and professional team, you will be the first point of contact and be the face of our People and Culture team.   You will provide support to various levels of our organisation and build relationships with key stakeholders.  The key duties this position is responsible for include:

  • Processing employee police checks
  • Managing incoming calls
  • Greeting and assisting employees and visitors to the department
  • Maintaining the reception office
  • Facilitation of the organisational Work Experience program
  • Preparing training materials for and coordinating People and Culture training courses
  • Liaising with employee benefit providers
  • Guiding and directing volunteers
  • Assisting with the generation of employment contracts
  • Processing invoices and ordering of supplies

In this self directed role you will be a vital member of our team. To be successful in this role you will need to have proven excellent customer service skills, be organised, dedicated, accountable and responsible and have similar experience in working in a people and culture team.

 

Experience in a similar role in the Health industry would be very highly regarded, as would experience with E-Recruit and SAP, whilst having coordinated large scale student placement program or the ability to do so would be highly advantageous.
