An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusisatic midwife / nurse to join the clinical leadership team in this key role

The Clinical Practice Improvement Specialist (CPIS) will play a key role with a focus on quality improvement across Women's and Children's with a focus on Maternity Service provision.

The Clinical Practice Improvement Specialist position is a role for a professional clinical facilitator who will provide assistance and oversight in the planning, delivery and implementation and evaluation of clinical improvement strategies.  The CPIS will be required to work collaboratively across Women's & Children's service teams to ensure agreed clinical improvement deliverables are acheived in an effective and efficient manner.  

This role has responsibility to work collaboratively across Women's and Children's services to coordinate and deliver clinical practice guideline / policy / procedure development to ensure Best Care
