About the Role

If you are an experienced highly motivated Renal Nurse Educator or an experienced renal / dialysis nurse looking for a change of direction we need you to join the Renal Team at Western Health to cover a period of maternity leave.

You would be responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of training and education programmes which support the renal services across the dialysis units, home therapies unit and inpatient wards. Your input is also integral in supporting graduate nurses to transition to practice in dialysis so you must be able to travel across all four Western Health Hospitals.

You would also be required to contribute to and / or develop and review all renal policies and procedures

Selection Criteria Essential: Are you eligible to work within Australia?
Essential: Minimum of five years recent renal / dialysis nursing experience
Essential: Post graduate qualification in Renal Nursing
Desirable: Adult teaching qualification
Essential: Current Victorian Drivers license and own transport
