Western Health (WH) is seeking a Clinical Workflow Lead in the Digital Health Operations Team

The role includes, but is not limited to leading the clincal workflow team to optimise and improve content within the EMR system to help facilitate safer and more optimised clinical workflows.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience in Cerner EMR build and maintenance to provide expert advice when designing and implementing change requests and enhancements to ensure they align closely with business requirements.

More specifically the Clinical Workflow Lead will be responsible for ensuring all new build activity follows Best Care design standards through Western Health’s requirements for delivering safe, person-centred, right and coordinated patient care.

This is a full time ongoing position. Relevant additional Cerner training will be provided where required and there will be a requirement to participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call roster.
