About the Role

As a member of the Orthopaedic department, the Research Assistant helps to efficiently and effectively collect the patient outcome data and other research activities of the Orthopaedic department to ensure a high quality service that meets the needs of clients and patients, adheres to legislative responsibilities, and maintains a safe working environment. With an excellent eye for detail, the research assistant will be responsible for updating records and maintaining data integrity.


  • Maintain department databases and updated records;
  • Provide efficient, confidential and accurate record keeping;
  • Utilise a range of Microsoft business products;
  • Ensure confidentiality  at all times for staff and patients;
  • Perform other administrative research duties as required

  • Proficient computer literacy
