Position Summary

As the successful applicant, you will provide a range of project support services, including preparation of business cases, project reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure the department’s project outcomes are achieved on time, budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established project management methodology.

You will communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.

You will assist the Digital Health Technology Manager and Technology Lead to source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables. You will also assisting monitor and tracking the project deliverables and outcomes including preparation of milestone reports in relation to budget, schedule and resources.

In addition, this role also provides a comprehensive range of high level administrative and support tasks to the Digital Health Director and Senior Project Manager. This includes maintaining registers, secretariat support for committees and meetings, responding to enquiries, drafting correspondence and assisting with background research and analysis.
