The Nursing and Midwifery Unit at Western Health is currently recruiting casual Allocations Officer. As the successful applicant you will be accountable to placing our casual and pool nurses into roster vacancies across the organisation and be available to work at short notice.

To be successful for this role you will have:

• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Outstanding phone manner
• The ability to master new computer based software packages

The Workforce unit will support successful applicants through an in-house training program.

Operational hours are 07:00 to 19:30 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 16:30 on Weekends.
