About the Role

Western Health Foundation is committed to building relationships with donors and supporters across and beyond the western region of Melbourne.

The Donor Services & Admin Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Foundation office, the Foundation database - DonMan, and will assist with several fundraising events. This is a permanent full time role however flexible working arrangements can be considered.


Through the management of the database, this role will also assist with the management of donor relations and will assist with donor development activities, working alongside colleagues in the Foundation team. The role will also be responsible for the processing of In Memoriam donations and liaising with both the funeral home and the deceased family.

The incumbent will provide assistance with events, grants, and general fundraising when necessary, including ticketing for events and managing the event logistics of several smaller, Western Health based events.


The role involves a level of executive assistance to the Foundation General Manager, including provision of data, preparation of reports and secretarial support to the Foundation Board. The incumbent will engage with the PA network across Western Health and communicate directly with Board, hospital leadership, supporters and key stakeholders.


We are seeking a candidate with experience in database management, particularly DonMan, experience with communicating with donors in a not for profit environment, office management experience, and board secretarial experience.
