About the Role

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work Full Time or Part Time on our Acute Aged Care, Geriatric Evaulation and Management and Rehabilitation ward 3B at Footscray Hospital. Candidate will have outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills and demonstrate a willingness to develop and maintain their own knowledge.

Duties

  • Working collaboratively with the NUM and multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure safe and high quality patient care is delivered in line with Western Health values and policies
  • Facilitate, promote and support nursing staff to provide best care

Skills and Experience

  • Current registration as a Nurse in Australia
  • Possess excellent clinical and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
