About the Role

Western Health are currently seeking an experienced nursing leader. The role is part of the nursing and midwifery executive at a large, dynamic and rapidly growing health service. The role requires providing professional nursing leadership to our Community Services and Drug Health Services, and operational oversight of our Hazeldean site.

Supported by a fantastic senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall leadership accountability for achieving a culture of person-centred care, management of professional nursing issues, nursing workforce planning, nursing clinical standards and clinical risk and the co-ordination of activities to support the provision of a high standard of clinical services across the portfolio at all times.

To be successful you must be motivated, have a passion for providing high quality care and hold a minimum of 3 years’ recent experience working in a senior nursing leadership role within a complex health service.
