Grade 2 Occupational Therapist- Aged Care

Western Health is looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with a passion for working with older people to join our Aged Care inpatient team. Aged Care at Western Health includes inpatient Speciality Dementia Geriatric Evaluation and Management, Geriatric Evaluation and Management, Acute Aged Care and Palliative Care. The successful applicant must have well developed assessment and treatment skills in the delivery of evidence based, person centred Occupational Therapy. They will be working as part of an innovative and energetic multidisciplinary team and will be involved in the supervision of OT staff and students. Sound communication skills and an understanding of Aged Care Occupational Performance issues are essential for this position.
