About the Role
Western Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department at the Williamstown Campus. You will be a team player who is enthusiastic and consumer focused.
We currently provide Emergency care for more than 20,000 patients per annum and are renowned for our friendly and welcoming staff. We work closely with and care for the community, incorporating the Footscray and Sunshine Hospitals in patient care.
The Nursing Team is supported by an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator and self-rostering is available. This is a permanent part time position, working a rotating roster of am/pm shifts, with occasional after hours care, when required.
Essential:
- Experience in Emergency nursing
- Triage and Resuscitation experience
- Registered with AHPRA
- Working with Children Check
- Able to work flexible hours
Desirable:
- Post Graduate Qualifications in Emergency/Critical Care or equivalent.
- Demonstrated commitment to own professional development
