Position Summary

We are looking for a part-time Experienced Perioperative Nurse Educator to join our education team.  (68 hours per fortnight temporary maternity leave cover for 12 months).

To be Successful in this Role you will need:

  • a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Perioperative Nursing including PACU/Anaesthetic and Scrub Scout experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • the ability to give feedback to staff about their performance
  • experience in paediatrics
  • a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or other educational qualifications (highly desirable)
  • a Post-Graduate qualification in Perioperative Nursing (highly desirable)
