About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced administrative officer to play a key role in the development, implementation and evaluation of the new Western Health Nursing & Midwifery Recruitment model.

Based in the Nursing and Midwifery Unit at Williamstown Hospital, the temporary full time role (until 30 June 2019) will provide extensive administrative support and advice to the ADON – Recruitment Project and key stakeholders.

As Recruitment Officer, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders   to ensure the successful implementation of the centralised nursing and midwifery recruitment model.

You will have:

  • a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources and recruitment environment.
  • well-developed computer skills including MS Office.
  • the ability to provide analytical support and advice.  
  • the ability to use your initiative, strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Specific experience and knowledge in recruitment processes and practices will be highly regarded.
