An exciting opportunity exists for a Grade 2 Physiotherapist with a strong interest in Aged Care to join the team at Williamstown Hospital working in our Transition Care Program. This is a full time, permanent position although part time/ job share arrangements would also be considered.

Working in a multidisciplinary team the Physiotherapist will utilise their thorough assessment and creative treatment skills to improve health outcomes for aged care patients in our Transition Care Program.  The successful candidate will have an interesting and diverse role while developing their aged care clinical skills.  There are opportunities to be involved in student teaching, staff supervision, quality improvement and service development and the position is well supported by a Senior Clinician and the multidisciplinary team.

The Grade 2 Physiotherapist will be part of a large Physiotherapy Department that operates across three hospitals; Sunshine Hospital, Western Hospital and Williamstown Hospital.  The department has strong links with the University of Melbourne and is committed to continuing professional development.
