The Ground Floor Subacute Unit at the Sunshine Hospital is looking for an experienced nurse to be part of a clinical team care model. 

The Unit operates 51 beds for patients requiring palliative care, geriatric evaluation and management and dementia care.  The unit operates an interprofessional practice model in partnership with palliative and geriatric medicine, nursing, allied health, ancillary services and our volunteer team.

The successful candidate must have the passion to care for older people and people at the end of life and demonstrated ability to practice collaboratively as part of an interprofessional health care team.
