The Western Health Year 10 Work Experience Program provides students with an opportunity to gain an insight into the healthcare industry. The Work Experience Program provides students a variety of experiences which are administrative based only. This program is coordinated by the People & Culture department at Footscray Hospital.

The program is available to students undertaking Year 10 in 2017. Students participating in the program are given the opportunity to spend five working days in departments/wards across Sunshine Hospital.
