Applications are invited for the above position of Infection Prevention and Control Nurse Consultant.

Reporting to the Manager - Infection Prevention & Control, the Infection Prevention and Control CNC (IP CNC) is accountable and responsible for the provision of expert, evidence based advice and solutions for the prevention and control of hospital acquired infections and the delivery of the Western Health Staff Immunisation Program.

To be Successful in this Role you

• Registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia 
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be innovative and motivated
• A background in Infection Prevention
• Post graduate qualification in Infection Prevention are desirable
