Western Health ICU is seeking registered nurses who have completed a postgraduate certificate in Intensive Care Nursing to work in a part time, full time or causal capacity. Western Health has intensive care units at Footscray and Sunshine Hospitals.  Both units have 9 ICU equivalent beds and provide care for approximately 1850 patients per year.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• At least 2 years’ experience in ICU nursing
• Postgraduate Certificate in Intensive Care Nursing/Critical Care Nursing
• Current Registration with the Australian Health Practioners Agency (APHRA)
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, as required
• The ability to work within a rotating roster system, including night shift
