About the Role

An opportunity exists within Adult Specialist Clinics for a Temporary full time Maternity Leave cover Administration Team Leader. 

The ASC Administration Team Leader will oversee the day to day administrative functions and processes within Adult Specialist Clinics.  This may include but not be exclusive to referral management, appointment scheduling, customer service, Medicare bulk billing, staff recruitment and relevant ongoing management.

Ongoing support and training will be provided in the role however we are looking for the following qualities:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • A high level understanding of DHHS policies, business rules and statutory reporting requirements. Sound understanding of the VINAH reporting requirements and processes
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate and influence all levels of staff
  • Well-developed organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Advanced data analysis, interpretation and reporting skills
  • Advanced computer skills
