The Grade 1 Radiographer will play an integral role in the delivery of imaging services to the people of the West.

The Successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of diagnostic imaging and exemplary patient care across Footscray, Sunshine and Williamstown Hospitals. Extensive specialist modality training will be provided to successful candidates.

As the successful applicant for this position, you will have exceptional clinical imaging skills, good communication, motivation and dedication to ongoing clinical excellence.

Our state of the art digital imaging equipment includes:

• Multi Slice CT’s, with extremely fast scan times and imaging, CT examinations cover ultra-low dose cardiac imaging, colonography, body, neuro, vascular and orthopaedic imaging examinations
• 3T and 1.5T rebateable MRI scanners covering body imaging, musculoskeletal, neuro and paediatric imaging
• Digital Dual Flat Plate radiography units, Digital flat plate Fluoroscopy and Digital Mammography. These provide leading edge quality imaging at a reduced radiation dose to both patient and staff
• State of the art Ultrasound equipment

Requirements:

• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Radiation User Licence  (Vic)
• Working with Children’s Check (WWC)
• Eligible to work in Australia
