Position Summary

Salary: $75k + 10.5% Super + up to $9k salary packaging

Western Health is on an ambitious journey to improve our employee experience, Project PeopleConnect (PC) will implement two HR technology solutions, PeopleHub and RosterHub.

The first stream, PeopleHub will be a core HR Information System (HRIS) that manages the lifecycle of our employees through talent acquisition, contracts management, on-boarding, variations to employment, organisational, position and employee information and separations. The solution will be the first fully integrated HRIS Western has implemented, shaping the future for innovation and employee experience. Under the Strategic Direction; We care for our people a key initiative is to deliver a talent management system. This project will extend beyond talent management into how we function on a day to day basis.

The second stream, RosterHub will implement Allocate Optima a cloud-based Rostering, Time and Attendance solution and the award interpretation engine for our payroll solution SAP Payroll. In partnership with the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Royal Women’s Hospital, Optima will improve rostering practices, improve accuracy and reduce manual effort for employees, managers and payroll services.

The Project Coordinator - Training & Documentation is responsible for development of training plans, training materials, user guides, videos, quick reference guides and learning packages. The positions works closely with the Change Lead, together you will manage the development of content and communicating internal to People and Culture and to the wider organisation. As part of the Project PeopleConnect project team, the position will collaborate with functional and technical SME’s to understand the system functionality and convert processes into consumable documentation.

To be Successful in this Role you

  1. Demonstrated experience working in Public Health in Communication and Training
  2. Demonstrated experience working on a complex technology project
  3. Demonstrated experience undertaking facilitation, including planning, creating training materials and collecting feedback to support further training requirements
