The Paediatric Specialist Clinics Associate Nurse Unit Manager position is an unprecedented opportunity for a passionate leader to join a team committed to providing Best Care to every patient, every time. The successful candidate will assist the Nurse Unit Manager in the provision of current service delivery and the development of new services, which is an incredibly exciting prospect. You will provide leadership to a small group of Registered and Enrolled Nurses, while working collaboratively with a large Multidisciplinary Team. Engagement in continuous improvement and a quality and safety focus, are essential requirements for this role.
