We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and suitably experienced grade 3 Dietitian to commence 31 October 2016 at Sunshine Hospital.

The position will be responsible for Nutrition Service in the areas of Critical Care Nutrition (ICU), Parenteral Nutrition and Nephrology. The successful candidate will be both a Clinical leader and Nutrition Operations lead, who has demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver excellence in patient care, teaching and service development and planning.

Experience in Critical Care Nutrition including Total Parenteral Nutrition is essential for this position. Experience in Renal Nutrition is highly desirable.

This role has a strong leadership and multidisciplinary team focus in the clinical streams of critical care and Renal Services and also to the Acute Dietetic team at Sunshine Hospital. A major responsibility of this role is leading the clinical operations of Inpatient Nutrition Services. This includes but is not limited to; day to day responsibilities for inpatient staffing, workload management and planning, clinical supervision and teaching.

There is significant opportunity to lead and participate in the quality and research projects for the Nutrition service and student supervision program.
