About the Role

Western Health has a great opportunity for an energised and experienced Employee Relations Advisor/Business Partner professional to become an integral member and play a key role in our Human Resources / People and Culture team.

A key component of this role is to provide quality, accurate and timely Employee Relations advice, agreement interpretation and perform case management expertise to  help drive our culture of continuous improvement. This role provides support to a range of staff within a designated portfolio including Directors and Line Managers. In partnership with the diverse portfolio that this position supports, there is a key focus on building and developing human resource capability throughout the organisation. In working with our team, your understanding and previous experience in Employee Relations Case Management and Human Resource principles will be well utilised.

To be successful in this role you will have a focus on process improvement strategies coupled with a proven background in Employee Relations and providing Employee Relations and generalist HR advice. Among your key strengths will be your ability to establish relationships with key internal and external stakeholders while providing sound operational and strategic advice. Your experience in facilitating training and education sessions and analysing data will be valuable.

Previous experience within a similar role in a Health Care setting would be highly advantageous.
