About the Role
Western Health Medical Imaging (WHMI) is seeking a dedicated RANZCR, accredited Radiologist Consultant with specialist experience in Women’s imaging.
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in Women’s imaging, including MRI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and participate in a team environment
- Strong patient focus and excellent client service skills
- Responsibility to report as directed by the Director of Medical Imaging
The Successful candidate must hold/ be:
- DDU or COGU
- MRI accreditation from RANZCR
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Current Radiation Use Licence (Victoria)
- Current Working with Children’s Check (WWC)
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand college of Radiologists
- Eligible for Medicare provider numbers for billing purposes
As part of this position you will be expected to participate in the evening, weekend and on-call roster.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Medical Imaging team working across campuses to ensure an effective and efficient service is delivered.
