About the Role

Western Health Medical Imaging (WHMI) is seeking a dedicated RANZCR, accredited Radiologist Consultant with specialist experience in Women’s imaging. 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in Women’s imaging, including MRI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and participate in a team environment
  • Strong patient focus and excellent client service skills
  • Responsibility to report as directed by the Director of Medical Imaging

The Successful candidate must hold/ be:

  • DDU or COGU
  • MRI accreditation from RANZCR
  • Current registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Current Radiation Use Licence (Victoria)
  • Current Working with Children’s Check (WWC)
  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand college of Radiologists
  • Eligible for Medicare provider numbers for billing purposes

As part of this position you will be expected to participate in the evening, weekend and on-call roster.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Medical Imaging team working across campuses to ensure an effective and efficient service is delivered.
