About the Role
Western Health, one of the largest providers of maternity services in Australia, is looking to appoint enthusiastic & experienced sessional specialists to support the growth and complexity in the antenatal clinic at the recently opened Joan Kirner Women’s and Children’s Hospital:
- This position would suit experienced clinicians who are able to contribute to our team based care system and support a collaborative model of maternity care in a busy, high complexity, tertiary level maternity service.
- The roles involve antenatal clinics within a multidisciplinary team based model
- A minimum 1 session per week would be expected and attendance at the Team lunchtime meeting, that supports coordinated care, is highly encouraged and remunerated
- With an expressed aim of becoming the best O&G training centre in Australia, experience in supporting trainees and ensuring their advancement would be valuable.
