About the Role

A key leadership opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the progressive critical care leadership team at Western Health. This full time role provides the leadership and management to the Footscray CCU nursing team.  You will also work with the multidisciplinary team in a collaborative model to shape the provision and service development of best care to our patients.

Footscray CCU is a 20 bed integrated cardiac care and vascular surgery unit providing specialist care in acute cardiac care, the Cardio-Geriatric heart failure service and vascular surgery.  As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will work collabortively with internal and external stakeholders to continue to provide innovative care given to our patients.

If you have a minimum of 3-5 years experience within the critical care environment and have the management and leadership skills to lead our Footscray CCU nursing team, we are keen to hear from you.
