Position Summary |
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Personal/Administrative Assistant to join Western Health. The successful applicant will be supporting the Allied Health (AH) Director and the General Practice (GP) Integration Unit.
Main challenges and priorities for this role:
- Providing a quality, streamlined and efficient level of service to the AH Director, AH Managers and Manager of GP Integration Unit
- Develop and support administrative systems that assist Director/Managers and GP Integration Manager in their work management
- Maintaining excellent standards of service and remaining calm in a high pressure work environment requiring tact, judgement and discretion
