Position Summary

A great opportunity awaits for an enthusiastic and motivated administrative worker to join the Adult Specialist Clinics team.  The Specialist Clinic Administrator is an integral part of the team that supports the daily management of clinics and referrals.   This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy team, providing support to a variety of stakeholders including clinicians, patients and their families in addition to GP's and external stakeholders.  This is a temporary full or part time role until June 30 2024.

Selection Criteria Desirable: Previous experience in Specialist Clinics or similar setting
Desirable: Proficient with iPM including competent knowledge of Specialist Clinics administrative processes
Desirable: Proven skills in Microsoft EXCEL (minimum intermediate level)
