Position Summary

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and motivated Clerk to work within the Adult Specialist Clinics Service at Western Health.

The Specialist Clinic Clerk is an integral part of the team and will provide front line customer Service and support the daily management of clinics.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy team which provides support to clinicians, patients and their families / carers in a fast paced environment.

As a team member you will be responsible for clerical and reception duties within the Specialist Clinic such as general administration, hospital patient bookings and answering telephones whilst providing excellent customer service. You will be required to liaise with nursing, medical and ancillary staff in addition to hospital departments, patients, other health care providers and members of the public.

The successful applicant will be expected to have knowledge of office procedures, computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills.
