About the Role

Seeking an Administrative Assistant to work Full Time across Sunshine, Footscray and Williamstown Campuses. Our Admin Team supports Community Based Rehabilitation and the Chronic and Complex Care Clinics.

  • Monday to Friday (no weekends)

  • Dictaphone transcription
  • Reception
  • Data entry

Skills & Experience OR Essential Criteria

  • Typing Speed 55+ wpm
  • Dictaphone transcription
  • Proven ability to professionally format letters
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service delivery
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility
