About the Role

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and innovative renal nurse to be part of a dynamic nursing team. Currently we provide holistic care to patients with end stage kidney disease, and patients attending the day medical unit.

We are currently looking for a motivated Registered Nurse/s for the Haemodialysis Unit. This role would suit a Registered Nurse Division 1 with an in depth knowledge and experience in haemodialysis, where your contribution to excellence in patient care will be valued and recognised. 

Essential Criteria

  • Current registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • Dialysis experience
  • Patient centred care is your primary focus.
  • Advocate for safe and effective patient care that aligns to Western Health policy and practice and the National Standards.
  • Integrates evidence based practice, research & education with clinical practice to innovate and optimise the patient experience/care outcomes.
  • Demonstrates a high level of interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to own professional development.
  • Hold a current Victorian driver’s licence.
