Position Summary |
About the Role
To provide high level Administration support to the Western Health Community Services Leadership Team in an efficient and confidential manner and to maintain a high professional standard at all times. As directed by the team, provide administrative support such as but not limited to:
- Maintain the day-to-day schedule and email of the Director
- Schedule meetings which may include room and video conferencing bookings and catering
- Attend meetings, record minutes and distribute minutes in a timely manner
- Formatting and editing of letters, memos and presentations
- Invoice processing and reconciliation
- Photocopying and faxing documents
- Ordering equipment and stationary through Financial Management Information System (FMIS)
- Management of fleet vehicles
- Run monthly reports and complete data entry for the Directorate Quality KPI’s
- Scheduling and organisation of events and education
- Use range of Microsoft applications
- Prioritise workload appropriately and seek supervisory guidance when necessary
Please note this role is one day per week.
