Position Summary

Western Health is seeking an enthusiastic Grade 3 Electronic Medicines Management Pharmacist with excellent communication and informatics skillset to work across all Western Health Pharmacy Campuses.  The position is a fixed term, part time (64 hours per fortnight) until 26/02/2022.

 To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Hold general registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Have a proven record of achievement as a clinical pharmacist in a public hospital setting with highly developed clinical and communication skills
  • Have a demonstrated knowledge of EMR applications and clinical informatics
  • Have a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines under time constraints and determine workload priorities effectively
