About the Role

Applications are invited for eligible final year medical students to join our team to complete their Internship at Western Health.

These are twelve (12) month positions commencing on 10th January 2022, starting with one week of Orientation. The year is broken into five terms of roughly equal duration, with a two-week period of annual leave occurring during the course of the year.

Interns spend at least one term in each of the core rotations of General Medicine, General Surgery and Emergency Medicine, as per current AHPRA requirements for General Registration. The remaining two terms may be in any of a wide variety of rotations accredited for interns at Western Health by the PMCV.
