About the Role

The role of Clinical Education Resource Nurse (CERN) is a role for the discerning Registered Nurse (RN) keen to undertake a new challenge.

The role is designed for the RN with exceptional attention to detail, clear and positive communication skills and a formal/thorough clinical knowledge base.

The role is working in a dynamic environment with different entry to practice groups. The preference is for a clinician with previous clinical education or tertiary education support experience

Essential Criteria

If you are working as a Registered Nurse, you will have:

• A minimum of eight years’ experience
• Incorporating a minimum two years working experience in: either post-registration qualification or clinical education role or equivalent
• Have a keen eye for detail 
• Like to interact with many different people on a day to day basis 
• Have an interest to further your education career
