Your professionalism, and patient focused care will be instrumental in making a difference to the patients and families within our direct catchment area – Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
As an employee within the Nursing & Midwifery Workforce Unit, you will be working alongside our nursing staff as an additional resource providing exceptional care to our patients. Contracts on offer are casual employment.
Our ideal candidates will possess;
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Home and Community Care) or Health Services Assistance with elder care focus is essential.
- Minimum 2 years full-time or equivalent experience working as a HCW / PCA in the Australian Healthcare sector
- Availability and flexibility to work across all shifts is essential
- You will be adaptable & resilient with excellent communication skills
